training program for the weekend:
- perceived 1,567,899 steps down to run high and some with boxes, washing machines, refrigerators, furniture, etc.
- after a little stretching and stretching when hanging felt 200 lamps and a diluted&*§$" heavy mirror cabinet in the bathroom
- 5 km running (who investigated the humorous part. there is no running with climbing stairs, muscle soreness is not funny)
- a few hours Dr. working for the mental fitness
