According to the season I've swung the wooden spoon and cook mulled wine jelly. Spices such as cinnamon, anise, cloves and cardamom give this sweet temptation that special touch. This jelly is hugely popular here and tastes simply divine ....
On this page there is a wide selection of mulled wine recipes that you can completely modify at will. Z. B contains my jelly no rum, but freshly squeezed orange and lemon juice. After filling the glasses still had to be tinkered a little decoration. Each glass got a bonnet of white paper, a trailer and was provided with a loop. A lovely gift for friends - not just during the festive season!
